To turn things around, Biden has begun intensifying his effort to reach out to American citizens, with regular addresses on TV and a series of interviews with leading publications. His approach has been to increase his visibility and continue to push for his progressive economic programs. When asked to comment on the president’s reaction to his dismal popularity figures, the White House stated that Biden remains confident in the continued progress of his agenda. The spokesman was also keen to remind that it is still early days and that polls have a tendency to fluctuate.
