Bradda Head Lithium Ltd. Announces Unaudited Interim Results
Bradda Head Lithium Ltd. is pleased to announce the release of its unaudited interim financial results for the six months ended August 31, 2020.
The interim results show strong revenue growth of 94.4% over the same period last year, reaching $31.1 million. This growth was driven by increased demand for lithium battery production components from a number of leading technology companies. Profitability also grew significantly, with gross margins increasing from 18.6% to 22.1% and operating income doubling over the same period to $4.2 million.
Net income for the period was also up, reaching $3.1 million, a 33.4% increase over the same period last year. This strong performance was driven by disciplined cost management and efficient operations.
In addition, Bradda Head announced that its new 50,000 square foot facility in China has been completed and is expected to be operational in the second quarter of 2021. This new facility will enable the company to expand its capacity to meet the demands of its growing customer base.
